rates that are based on the candidates
annual base salary. Our

For CONTRACT resources, KOPELiT Resources Inc. does things a little
differently than other agencies. We have a 'FLAT-FEE' model so our
clients never have to worry about expensive hourly mark-ups like other agencies
charge. Our clients save money without having to compromise the
quality of the resource!
OUR GUARANTEE
We offer a full 100% replacement guarantee on all hires. This means that if, for whatever reason,
the candidate you hire from KOPELiT
